Can I return my shoes or the clothing items if they don't fit?
You are welcome to return all unused shoes and leggings within 30 days of receipt, as long as you have no defects.

We charge 20% criminal and processing fee if the products are still sent back.

You will receive your money back immediately as soon as the returned items are back with us and have been checked for defects. 

Why are the dance shoes rather expensive? 
We provide you with everything shipping costs and duty-free. We also pay for you the VAT that is created by importing the shoes. So at the beginning you know that you only pay the effective shoe price and will not be surprised by invoices afterwards. The majority of the dance shoes are made by hand in the EU, which is why the manufacturing costs are also slightly higher.

I am a beginner and buy dance shoes for the first time. What do I have to pay attention to?
As a beginner, we recommend a model with more deep and wider heel (Flare). We also offer you a large selection flat shoes.

I am unsure which size I should order. What should I do?
At the suppliers Fuego, Portdance (recognizable by PD in the front of the name) and Rumpf We recommend buying a size larger as the suppliers cut the shoes into small pieces. For all other suppliers, choose your normal shoe size. If you are uncertainty, you are welcome to contact us by email contact@dancingqueens.ch

I have extremely narrow or wide feet, which shoes do you recommend to me?
It is particularly suitable for cording for width or narrow feet, since you can tie them individually. One of our classics is This model. Can I mean heel choose?
