The Backyard Brussel offers weekly classes in salsa, bachata and kizomba, as well as monthly salsa meetings with live music and international artists. 

The founder of the Backyard School, Talal, opened The Backyard in 2021 as a venue and cultural center. For over 20 years, Talal has been teaching salsa, leading workshops and performing internationally across Europe, Asia and Africa.

The Backyard classes focus on individual feedback and teaching basic techniques and styling. The focus is on quality, authenticity and, of course, fun. The Backyard has something for everyone. No matter whether artist, dancer or simply someone who enjoys artistic and cultural experiences.
